Chart Table
The radio has an MOB button which simply shows the position on the plotter.

Under the table can be seen the auto bilge pump control and to the side of the seat the heater control which must be checked for the "P" crossed out - elbows may inadvertently trigger the program function and cause the heater to run with nobody on board. If there is no display, the breaker has been pulled.

Below the Nav seat is the battery charger, winch handles, handle to manually raise keel and locking pin to lock keel up (for road transport) or down (for ocean passages) In the middle is below the floor in front of Nav seat: under the red bosun's chair is the fuel tank - capacity 182ltr/40gal.

Keel ---------------- Pics Left & Right: Below the floor between galley work surface and Chart table is the keel motor.

Under load, the electric switch may trip (see right hand picture below handle fitting, with red wires attached)

The handle fits the hole on the left and about 110 pumps are needed for full manual raise.

To lower manually, remove wood cover, see right, and release pressure by slowly and partly unscrewing the black knob forward of the raise slot (green arrow). It is imperative that you do not touch the other two black knobs visible.

The pedestal top below gives access to the keel ropes - pour hot water on if salt has made them creaky.

Electrics

The electrical panel is to the side of chart table.

The batteries are under galley floor by rear cabin door - a red cover goes on top of battery box, below wooden floor.

Moving round the galley you can see the fridge motor under the sink, the water pump and accumulator below the floor by right hand sink cupboard

The next floor panel (screwed down) to stbd of accumulator gives access to primary fuel filter - you can see red accumulator in bottom left of picture. The only logic is that the filter is between fuel tank and engine.

There is an oil extractor to use only for extracting bilge water

Stowage
The panels under the table are shown with and without boarding. Under the port seats the spaces are now boarded too. Although the swing keel seals the boat from water in the fully up or down positions, this is not so in intermediate positions with any turbulence, so a little water can appear in the shown stowages. It will not normally splash above the boards but it would be prudent to store things in waterproof bags. Just in view at the botttom of the middle photo is the water tank which holds only 225ltr/50gal.
